FP&A Manager — Strategic Finance
About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling B2B software and digital logistics enterprise based in Manhattan is looking for an FP&A Manager. This high-visibility role reports directly to the VP of Finance and acts as a strategic co-pilot to the C-suite for corporate financial modeling, board decks, and annual budgeting.
What You'll Do
- Build dynamic driver-based SaaS financial forecast models, cash flow projections, and unit economics tracking.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with department heads, analyzing variance against budget and providing proactive financial counsel.
- Prepare monthly investor reporting packages, board presentation materials, and debt covenant analyses.
- Drive automation of financial reporting by integrating ERP (NetSuite) with BI systems (Looker / Pigment).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in strategic FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and modern FP&A software.
