About the Opportunity
Join an energetic, employee-centric technical consultancy as Senior People Operations Partner. In this role, you will champion talent development, performance review frameworks, and progressive workplace cultures for a distributed team of 400+ professionals.
What You'll Do
- Act as trusted advisor to business leaders on performance management, organizational design, and leadership coaching.
- Lead employee engagement surveys, analyze retention trends, and implement actionable culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws, remote employee guidelines, and benefits administration.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner or People Operations experience in modern corporate or technology environments.
- Solid knowledge of US multi-state employment regulations (EEOC, FLSA, FMLA).
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
